Jade studied Art and Fashion Design at Higher Education, before starting hairdressing at 19, as an apprentice for her father, Phil.

During her career she has assisted with an International Session Hairdresser  and after years of hard-work and intensive training, achieved the coveted Wella Master Colour Award – the highest level of hair colour accolade. Her attention to detail is exceptional.

Katie joined True in 2003, having trained at Phil’s former salon alongside him since she was 16.

Katie is an absolute expert in her field and with many years of devoted work, she has built up an extensive list of loyal clients. As a mum to two, she knows how important it is, to give her clients the confidence to leave the salon feeling fantastic.

She has a love for all the latest trends, with her expertise being in precision cuts.

Helen is a founding member of True hairdressing since 2001. She trained with Phil at his former salon and has worked with him for most of her career.

She loves the magic behind extension work, enhancing her client’s natural look to give them a thicker and fuller hairstyle.

Helen is an incredibly caring stylist, has a great rapport with clients and a natural eye when it comes to matching their lifestyle needs, especially fellow working mums.

Laura trained with Phil at his former salon from the age of 16. She gained experience in a number of salons, before joining the team at True in 2004.

Laura is renowned for her tremendous precision haircuts. She loves her work and enjoys the peace that she can bring to her clients experience, as they enjoy a little escapism.

Jay is an enthusiastic and dedicated Stylist. Since she has completed NVQ Level 2 she has enhanced her skills and constantly updates her techniques to keep abreast of all the current trends.
